Two weeks post partum

 Javier went back to work today. Having 6 kids means there is not really a minute off to ease back into this. I started the morning driving my kids and a bunch of others to civ camp and back and helping Phoebe and Esther and Libbi set up a cookie stand in the park at the same time. I’m really overwhelmed one moment and feeling like I’ve got it all covered the next and very grateful every moment that my recovery is going so well! I couldn’t have managed physically if it had been more normal. Emotionally I’m hanging on okay :) Alvin is a dear and despite some sad crying in the car he is growing cuter and fatter every day and he is a precious reward for all the hard work.
